When you feel the urge to dash off a quick e-mail message, consider the fact that I'm only the maintainer of the HTML conversion of the alt.2600/#hack FAQ. I didn't actually write the document, though I've submitted a lot of suggestions to the author. Essentially, the sum total of what I know about present-day hacking is already in the FAQ. Also, please note that I'm an electrical engineering student at a prestigious university and hence I'm extremely busy. If I don't respond to your e-mail for months, don't feel offended.
